§.1 General Provisions


Acting in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws of the EU .L.2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, we would like to inform you that:

  1. The data administrator is Pracownia Świętego Józefa Maciej Mikołajczak with its seat in Tarnowo Podgórne, ul. Narcyzowa 2, NIP: 598-101-34-75. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with the terms “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
  3. We respect the right to privacy and we care about data security. For this purpose, among others, secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  4. Personal data provided in the forms are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons

§2. Data Administrator

  1. We are the data controller of our clients. This means that if you have an account on our website or place an order for our products, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, shipping address.
  2. We are also the data controller of people subscribed to the newsletter.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    • in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
    • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the proper performance of the contract for the manufacture, sale and delivery of the products we offer,
    • to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if you subscribed to the newsletter.
    • in situations of contacting you, including for purposes related to any marketing activities, through available communication channels.

§3. User and Administrator rights

  1. Each data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body.

  3. We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only in the scope of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  4. Removal of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  5. We do not share personal data with other entities. The exception to this rule are situations where disclosure is necessary in order to perform the contract. In this case, we entrust personal data for processing to service providers who perform certain duties and functions on our behalf: companies that make payments related to orders on the website, courier companies, hosting companies, the implementation of accounting services and the provision of legal services. We entrust the above-mentioned service providers only such data that is necessary for the proper performance of services on our behalf. In the case of data transfer, we ensure that the service provider processes the data in accordance with security requirements, and does not use the data for purposes other than to perform services on our behalf.
